In recent weeks, EverReal presented itself with its innovative rental solution at several renowned industry events of the real estate industry in Germany and Austria. A special highlight was the participation in the Handelsblatt annual conference of the real estate industry on November 7, 2018 in Berlin, where EverReal founder and CEO Nessim Djerboua presented the self-developed online platform for the digitalization of the complete rental process at the Proptech pitch. The presentation was followed by numerous discussions with industry representatives and potential interested parties.
Of particular interest was the fact that the EverReal solution is now being used by several well-known residential real estate companies and real estate asset managers and has proven itself very well in practice. This also applies to the ZIA Energy & Innovation Congress, which was also held in Berlin on 8 November 2018, where Nessim Djerboua and Katrin Kirchner of MEAG MUNICH ERGO AssetManagement reported on the cooperation between the two companies.
In numerous discussions in Berlin as well as on 28 November in Vienna at the FUTURE:PropTech Vienna, one question kept ringing through: Can the EverReal platform solution be used "only" for apartments - or are there other possible applications beyond that? "We will soon have interesting news on this topic," said Nessim Djerboua, CEO and founder of EverReal. "So far, only so much has been revealed: In the new year we will reach another important milestone for us and our customers, which will significantly expand the range of applications once again.
